DEPOSIT

The client shall, upon submitting the booking form pay a deposit of 20-35% of the total amount due. A credit card authorisation will be required to cover any damage to the property.

PAYMENT

Upon receipt of deposit SARANTIS Travel Service  shall supply the client with a confirmation  invoice which will advise the date that the balance is due (8 weeks prior to departure).

Further reminders are not normally sent.  In the event of the client making a booking under 3 weeks prior to departure the full amount is due at the time of booking.

 CANCELLATION

If the client cancels the booking the following charges are due:

 40 days or more prior to departure - deposit ONLY

 21 days or less prior to departure - 35% of total booking price.

 15 days or less prior to departure - 50% of total booking price.

If the client fail to show up at all (NO SHOW), then  will be charged the full cost for the duration of  The reservation.
