For 6 persons
2 eggs
6 portions Gruyere cheese
1 cups flour
2 cups olive oil
Heat the olive oil in a
frying pan. . Mix 2 eggs and shake them to make a
paste. Device the Gruyere cheese into portions, immerse into the egg and
after into the flour , and fry it in the heated
oil until it becomes on both sides light brown in color.
Serve the fried cheece with slice of lemon
