The houses are three different maisonettes which make up from a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. The view from the veranda is unique and ideal for rest and calm. The sea water is very clean and is 5 metres from the house by feet. You are looking the sea and you forget everything.

    Each  house  accommodate  one couple in separte  bedroom on the first floor  and 2-3 persons   in the living room

The room facilities in each maisonette are:
2 Satellite TV, 2 fully air conditioned, 2 shower, fully equipped kitchenette, living room, big closet, desk with Internet access in the future, balcony with sea view and mountain view, verandas with umbrellas and view to the port.

The island's only settlement is Megisti, otherwise known as Kastellorizo, on the northeast coast. The gracious two-storey neo-classical houses with their brightly painted doors and windows, wooden balconies and tile roofs on the waterfront as well as the majestic domes of the churches testify to the island's former prosperity.

On this island you will enjoy good local cuisine, the sea and a good warm climate away from the noise of "civilisation".

The little islands of Ro and Strongili and the "Fokiali blue cave" are places that you should visit (it can be visited only by boat).
