Checking in is at 2pm and checking out is at 12pm so if a customer has arrived really early, and if there is no one staying in the room, we will check him in immediately, but if there are other clients in the room, he has to wait until the customers check out, and until the room is cleaned. Meanwhile, we offer the client something to drink or some ice cream while they wait for their room to be made. We need to know in advance the time clients arrive.
