Passion Cocktail
Capture the taste of feeling good.

1 oz. Rum
1 oz. Coconut Liquer
1oz. Sour Mix
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
Dash 7-up

Blend everything together except the 7-up.
Pour into a hurricane glass over ice and top it off with a dash of 7-up.
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a cherry.

Pink Hibiscus
A natural beauty found here on Rhodes.

1 oz. Malibu
1 oz. Cherry Brandy
6 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Grenadine

Add all ingredients into a blender filled with ice and blend until frosty.
Serve in a tall glass with a Hibiscus garnish.

1 oz. Banana Liqueur
1 oz. Batida de Coco
6 oz. Orange Juice

Just blend it all together with lots of ice.
Serve in a cocktail glass with a fruit garnish.

1oz. Batida de Coco
6 oz. Pineapple Juice

Add all your ingredients to a blender filled with ice and blend
until slushy. Serve in a tall glass with a slice of melon and
pineapple.

Privato

1 oz. Amaretto
1 oz. Peach Liquer
3 oz. Orange Juice
Dash Grenadine

Pour all ingredients except the grenadine into a shaker.
Mix it well and pour into a cocktail glass over crushed ice.
Add a dash of grenadine and a slice of peach as a garnish.

Quicky
For those that are in a hurry.

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Strawberry Liquer
2 oz. Sour Mix
3 oz. Orange Juice

Mix all your ingredients together in a blender with a few ice cubes.
Pour into a hurricane glass over ice and top it off with a strawberry garnish.

Red Devil
A drink with a Bang!

1 oz. Cherry Brandy
1 oz. Kirsch
3 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine

Blend all your ingredients together with a handfull of ice.
Mix until it is slushy.
Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.

1 oz. Rum

1 oz. Sour Mix
Dash of Grenadine

Blend everything together - except the Grenadine.
Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with a dash of Grenadine.

1/2 oz Dark Rum
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz Malibu
1/2 oz Banana Liqueur
3 oz. Orange Juice
3 oz. Pineapple Juice

Blend all the ingredients together in an ice filled blender.
Serve in a long stemmed cocktail glass with fruit wedges.

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Galliano
1oz. Amaretto
4 oz. Orange Juice
Dash Grenadine

Mix all your ingredients, except the grenadine, together.
Pour into a hurricane glass over ice and top it off with a dash grenadine.
This looks great with a sparkler as a garnish.
