Lettuce Salad / Maroulosalata


This simple yet tasty salad is traditionally served in the winter months with soups, stews or roasted meats.


4 cups of washed romaine lettuce, torn into bite 4 tbs. fresh, chopped spring onions
size pieces. 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
2 tbs. fresh, chopped dill weed salt and pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients together with Greek Vinaigrette Dressing.

Susie's note:  Croutons, though not traditional, make an excellent addition to this salad.
