This simple yet
tasty salad is traditionally served in the winter months with
soups, stews or roasted meats.
Ingredients |

| 4 cups of washed
romaine lettuce, torn into bite |
4 tbs. fresh,
chopped spring onions |
| size pieces. |
2 cloves finely
chopped garlic |
| 2 tbs. fresh,
chopped dill weed |
salt and pepper to
taste |
Toss all ingredients together with
Greek Vinaigrette Dressing.
Susie's note: Croutons, though not
traditional, make an excellent addition to this salad. |
