Wash and drain your vegetables.
Bunch the lettuce leaves together and cut them cross wise into
1/4 inch wide strips into a salad bowl. Cut both ends off the
radishes, but don’t peel them. Slice them into thin circles.
Add them to the salad bowl along with the spring onions, feta,
parsley, pepper and the dressing. Toss it all together and
taste it for saltiness. Feta is a salty cheese, so don’t add
more salt until you taste it.
Susie‘s Note:
If you don’t like the traditional parsley in this recipe, you
can use fresh dill weed or a combination of both. |
