This easy salad is a popular appetizer dish here in the Islands.  It's nice as a side dish or used as a 'Meze' when Ouzo is served.

Ingredients:
1 cup white boiled beans
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup peas
1 cup sour pickles, chopped
1 cup chopped cooked carrots
1 lb. boiled, diced potatoes
salt & pepper
paprika
1-2 cups mayonnaise

Combine all the ingredients together and refrigerate.
