This makes a great
snack for you couch potatoes.
Ingredients |

| 1/2 kilo Greek
Kaseri Cheese |
2 eggs, beaten |
| butter for frying |
some flour |
Cut the Kaseri into thick slices.
Dip each slice into the egg then coat with flour. Fry it in
the butter until golden brown on each side. Serve hot with a
squeeze of lemon juice. |
