In a large bowl add the ground beef, bread crumbs, egg,
garlic, onions, salt and pepper and parsley. Knead the mixture
well and form into little log shapes about the size of half a
cigar.
In a skillet, heat 1 cup of
oil. Roll the little logs in flour and fry in the oil. Remove
and drain on a towel.
In the same oil, add 1 clove
garlic, tomatoes and sugar. When the sauce has cooked for 15
minutes, add the beef rolls and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serve warm with rice, pasta or
mashed potatoes. |
