Lemon Oil Dressing
Don't let it's
simplicity fool you.This is a tangy salad dressing which is
excellent on any kind of vegetable, hot or cold.

Ingredients |

| 1 cup olive oil |
1/8 tsp. salt |
| 1/4 to 1/3 cup
fresh squeezed lemon juice |
1/8 tsp. pepper |
Mix all the ingredients and
refrigerate.
Susie's Note: I use a wide mouthed, screw
top jar and just shake the dressing before use. |
