Newly built for 2007 this luxurious villa has everything you need to make a relaxing and rejuvenating break. The villa has been finished with real attention to detail and although newly built many traditional features have been included to add character and style. Beautiful stone clad walls feature both inside and outside and a cosy fireplace makes an attractive focal point in the comfortable lounge. If you are planning on spending all your waking hours outdoors then you won’t be disappointed. A beautiful, well maintained garden and spacious patio for dining and relaxing alfresco. Plenty of comfortable furniture and a traditional style stone built BBQ make extra features of this amazing home. Inside the 3 bedroom villa you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. As well as TV’s and DVD players, fast internet connection is also available. A few short steps will take you to the crystal clear aquamarine waters of Traganou beach

Bedrooms:	Large master bedroom with double bed also features lounge area. (First floor) 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds (first floor). 3rd bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (ground floor).
Bathrooms:	En-suite bathroom to 3rd bedroom with shower and WC. Bathroom on first floor with bath, hydro massage shower and WC
Kitchen:	Well equipped kitchen with cooker, ceramic hob, extractor fan, large fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser, microwave and full complement of cooking utensils.
Utility Room:	Good size utility room homes the washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms:	Open plan living area includes kitchen with dining area which follows on to comfortable lounge with TV and DVD. Fast internet connection is also available here. The area follows round to another dining area.
Other:	The master bedroom is separated by a traditional 'camara' (arch) into 2 separate areas. Apart from the sleeping area an additional lounge area is featured with large balcony doors opening out onto a private balcony.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:	All linen and towels are provided (except beach towels). The villa is cleaned twice a week (approx every 3 days).

Notes on accommodation
The villa is air conditioned all the way through. A traditional fireplace in the lounge also adds an attractive focal point and may be used if necessary in the early or late season. With its enclosed garden and close proximity to the beach the villa is ideal for families with children. With great attention to detail throughout the house every effort has been made to make a comfortable stay in a real home from home environment. Although the villa is a new build many traditional touches have been included to retain a real Greek feel.

Accessibility
Due to steps inside and out the property would not be suitable for wheelchair users. A car would also be recommended for the accessibility of supermarkets and restaurants etc.

Outside
Sun loungers and patio furniture enable the guests to use the outdoor space as an extension to the indoor living space. Dining furniture and a wonderful BBQ area will enable you to get the most from these beautiful surroundings.

Coast/Beach
Traganou beach is the beginning of Afandou beach. The villa is located 300m from Traganou, just 3 mins by foot. Other nearby beaches include the coves of Ladiko and Anthony Quinn. The 7km golden sandy beach of Faliraki is a 5 min car drive away. Within 20 min drive are the well known beaches of Tsambika and Agathi, golden sands and crystal clear waters.

Golf
The local golf course in Afandou is a 3 min drive away and can even be reached walking (approx 15 mins) either along the beach or the road. The course offers 18 holes and clubs can be hired locally.

Special interest holidays
Your stay at the villa can be combined with a 5 day horse-riding holiday available for all levels of horsemanship. Scuba diving days out and courses are also offered in conjunction with your stay. Weddings are also arranged locally and the villa offers an ideal base for the Bride and Groom or visiting guests.

Travel
Rhodes Diagoras airport is a 20 min car or taxi ride away. The main port of Mandraki in Rhodes town is also 20 mins drive away. The use of a car would be recommended for at least part of your stay, otherwise a 5 min walk from the villa will take you onto the main road where you can hail a taxi or walk another 5 mins on to the bus stop to access supermarkets, restaurants and other places of interest.

Distances
Afandou village and Faliraki are just 5 mins drive away in opposite directions. Rhodes town is 15 mins away by car and in the other direction you can be in the beautiful village of Lindos in just 30 mins drive. The island has bountiful beaches all along the east coast and stunning scenery and places of historical interest on the west coast. All of these are easily accessible by car and some by local bus.

Banks, ATMs, travel offices, cafes, bars, post offices, restaurants, nightclubs, supermarkets (large and small), churches and shops are all available in both Afandou and Faliraki.
